High above London’s vibrant West End, this 1,647 sq ft, three bedroom private residence within the iconic Centre Point development, offers a living experience infused with the spirit of a New York penthouse and the soul of British artistry.
A.LONDON were appointed by the client to deliver a bespoke interior, one that celebrates personality, comfort and sophistication in equal measure. The result? A space that truly embraces the buildings incredible architecture, surroundings and the vibrant culture of the City it inhabits. A space that allows the client to feel not only at home, but at the centre of something truly special.

A Landmark Reimagined
Centre Point is no ordinary address. Originally designed by Richard Seifert in the 1960s and now reimagined by Conran & Partners, the building’s geometric architecture remains a defining feature. Its façade, composed of concrete grids and expansive glazing, offers uninterrupted views across London.
This apartment, perched above the bustle below, benefits from abundant natural light and sweeping city views, capturing the dynamic energy of its location while offering privacy, tranquillity and connection to the wider world.
Interiors That Speak With Confidence
From the moment you step out of the private lift and into the hallway, the mood is set. A wallpapered ceiling brings an unexpected twist, playful, bold, and just a little rebellious. It’s the first sign that this home doesn’t follow the rules. And that’s exactly the point.
Inside, the design unfolds with intent. It’s eclectic, sculptural, and built to be lived in. The interiors take cues from a New York-style penthouse, open, expressive, full of confidence, but everything inside is grounded in British craftsmanship. That means bespoke, made-to-measure furniture. A deep claret velvet sofa takes centre stage within the living room, designed by our studio and hand-upholstered by trusted British makers.
Curved side tables, layered lighting and tactile materials create a space that feels considered but relaxed. Nothing shouts, yet everything speaks. Individually crafted beds and headboards, tailored to each bedroom. Sculptural tables, rich with texture and weight, built to last and built to be used.
Across the apartment, we’ve continued this language of texture and form. Each of the beds, headboards and sofas are bespoke, designed to fit within the space as though they were always there. Built to last. Built to feel like home.
Natural stone, terrazzo, rich timber and custom joinery all feature, offering contrast and cohesion in equal measure, finishes that were added to support the life that will be lived here.
This home has been designed with personality, practicality and rhythm. Nothing spare. Nothing excessive. Just the right amount of bold.
“At Centre Point, we approached the design with a strong sense of flow, making sure each space connects naturally to the next. It was important to us that the apartment feels cohesive, but never predictable.
The wallpapered ceiling in the hallway became a key moment in the journey through the home. Its colour palette runs throughout the apartment, linking the energy of the living spaces with the calmer atmosphere of the bedrooms.
Looking out over London, the movement and character within the wallpaper felt like a natural reflection of the city itself. Seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a home that feels expressive, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable to live in.”
