STYLE TIPS:
HOW TO SET UP YOUR
HOME OFFICE_

STYLE TIPS March 2020

Working from home the last few days you may be thinking you need to refresh your current home office spots already. While we offer our services here at A.LONDON, our interior designers are also willing to give you some of their own tips for creating a calm working environment within your home during these unprecedented times.

“Surrounded by a bespoke built bookshelf displaying a balance of books, art and accessories you’ll take in great inspiration for when the writer’s block kicks in.”

THE SUNLIT STUDY

For most, the study is where you will now be spending most of your day, therefore our designers first recommendation is to make sure you have a comfortable chair. Our Hexagon Apartments study features a beautiful rattan chair which perfectly supports you whilst you are working. Positioning your desk to face out the window is a simple yet effective way of gaining more sunlight whilst we’re working indoors.

THE TRANQUIL LIBRARY

Our designers recommend a designated area that exudes tranquillity, perfect for those moments when you want to take a break. Our Wetherby project showcases the ideal tranquil nook. Surrounded by a bespoke built bookshelf displaying a balance of books, art and accessories you’ll take in great inspiration for when the writer’s block kicks in.

THE DINING ATELIER

Some of you may find you need more space to work. For our designers, space is important for them to scatter their ideas across tables, and a dining table is the perfect place to do so. Our WI II apartment is perfectly positioned adjacent to the floor to ceiling glass doors that cascade the room with light, making it the perfect area for any creative to work.

During this uncertain time our team at A.LONDON are still operating as normal just from the safety of our own homes please do not hesitate to get in touch if you do have any questions or to hear more about our services we have to offer. We hope you are staying safe and connected, from us all here at A.LONDON.
