Consisting of just 54 one-six bedroom luxury residences where prices start at £2.4million, award-winning interior designer, A.LONDON has had the pleasure of designing one of the beautiful apartments with their luxury show home interior design service. They were briefed to create a scheme that appealed to a mature, permanent buyer, so incorporated a neutral yet autumnal inspired colour palette to create a sophisticated and opulent scheme to showcase this outstanding two-bedroom apartment.

The Living Area

As you walk into the apartment a tranquil environment is instantly felt through the autumnal-inspired colour palette. Maximising the room’s potential, our designers zoned the space into a dining area, living area and dedicated workspace. Enhancing the functional layout further, an extendable dining table accompanied by beautifully upholstered Dining Chairs has been carefully positioned by the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an everchanging backdrop. A Calder Mobile floats elegantly above the dining table, casting shadows on the walls to complete the space.

Incorporating the must-have trend of the year, biophilic design, elements of nature have been considered throughout with plants and natural textures seen in the raw edge coffee table and accessories. To enhance the high ceilings, the designers selected large-scale artwork which continues through to the bedrooms.

To enhance the natural connection and match The Bryanston's luxurious aesthetic, custom curtains are key. Designed to complement the autumnal colour palette and biophilic elements, SWAG, our specialist window atelier provided bespoke window treatments for beauty, functionality, and privacy.

 
 
 

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms offer two different yet seamless designs. Moving into the principal bedroom, an embroidered full-length headboard takes centre stage. Complementing the intricate patterns, blush tones and soft greys create a calming environment to retreat to after a long day.

The second bedroom moves away from the blush palette and introduces fresh greens. However, ensuring both bedrooms work cohesively together, tones of creams and soft greys have been styled throughout. The pleats seen in the bespoke green headboard flow continuously into the carefully selected bedside tables. Any guest would be lucky to stay in this boutique-inspired bedroom.

Our show home service aims to maximise interest and minimise time on the market. Once our considered design is completed and installed, we offer a bespoke interior service, allowing our furnished show homes to be rented in rolling calendar months until the property is successfully taken off the market.
