THE PROCESS_
From our initial meet to the completed installation, we design, manage and coordinate a detailed FF&E interior scheme which involves spatial planning, design intent, selection of FF&E and budget, followed by a white-glove installation service.

By identifying your target demographic and understanding your property’s profile, we create considered and tailor-made interiors to rent or purchase showing your property to its full potential. Our staging service is creatively imagined by our team of designers to maximise interest and minimise time on the market.
THE PROCESS_
Once our considered design is completed and installed, we offer a bespoke service, allowing our furnished show homes to be rented in rolling calendar months until the property is successfully taken off the market. Furniture may be purchased at any stage throughout the rental agreement, or we can simply collect it.
